Expeditions

For years I have been hiking in the mountains, taking part in survivals and travelling to the most remote corners of the world. It is not only a personal passion but, above all, a unique opportunity for psychological observations. On the one hand, it is fascinating how people live in different environmental conditions. On the other hand, it is incredible that despite such a different context, they have a lot in common - they experience similar concerns and joys. Their dreams and everyday challenges have a lot in common.

Both physically and mentally, people can adapt to the most extreme conditions. They live in areas ranging from the stuffy and humid Amazon forests to the cavernous steppes of Mongolia, where temperature differences can vary from 35 ° to -50 ° Celsius over the year. They are also often in an environment that threatens their lives, be it in seismically active Japan or Kashmir, an territorial conflict area between India and Pakistan.

I invite you to see the photo gallery of some of my journeys and to read my scientific publications related to this subject.
